If I were in John's seat, I wouldn't even concede the point that inflicting discomfort is acceptable. For a Christian, anything short of feeding and clothing our enemies and loving them with the love of Christ is sin. So, even hating them is sin, not to mention taking action against them to inflict discomfort.
Also John's opponent rests his entire argument on the silly hypothetical of "what if they know about an impending attack...wouldn't you get rough with them at that point?" OK, this guy has watched too much 24. This "ticking time-bomb" scenario has never happened nor will it ever happen, and it is therefore meaningless in a debate.
The following is a list of films, many of which are made by Alex Jones, ranging on a number of different topics concerning America, and the American System. Those with links attached are films I have both watched and personally endorse; the rest are films I am currently evaluating, and, at present, take no personal stand on. Those not linked can most likley be found by doing a search on the web.
