This is a very unique story, and, to be honest, I am a bit baffled by it. This is because I'm not sure whet Constitutional power grants the President of the United States, or any member of our government, the right to fire the heads of corporations. Unless Obama's adminsitration are majority stock holders, then, this is a clear example of power abuse. A very brief synopsis is below.
"The Obama administration has forced the longtime head of General Motors to resign and said yesterday that it would withhold additional federal aid to the auto industry unless the ailing companies undertake changes they so far have been unwilling or unable to make."
